Take a look at Microsoft's first new "simple" logo after 25 years!

New Beginning

After 25 years Microsoft redesigned their logo yesterday. The last time Microsoft changed its company branding was in 1987.

With the new age stylish upcoming releases like, Windows 8, Windows Phones, Surface and the Xbox 360, it's time for a new look.

Revolution of MS logos

First impression:

Looks SIMPLE! VERY SIMPLE!

I think, the Microsoft design team lost their license to use Photoshop and preferred Paint to redesign the logo instead of downloading a pirated copy from internet!

ROFL

"We're excited about the new logo, but more importantly about this new era in which we're reimagining how our products can help people and businesses throughout the world realize their full potential." said Microsoft brand strategy manager Jeff Hansen.

Ok, comparing this with the old logo, there’s not only a new font, but the incorporation of a logo alongside the Microsoft name, one based on its traditional Windows branding. The brand gurus  gave a big thumps down for the new look, calling it a big brand fail.
ironed logo?

The new Microsoft logo uses the four colors which associate with Microsoft's product brands like, Red for Office, Green for Xbox, Blue for Windows and Yellow for Mobile!?

But,the colours reminded me of something else!
oops! ;)

 Ok ,bye!
