A lighter, faster and slimmer iPhone 5 has been revealed!!!

The waiting has ended finally, as Apple's CEO Tim Cook revealed the new 'iPhone 5', on Wednesday, it has a 4-inch display and is claimed to be the thinnest phone ever made. But the new iPhone 5, very much matches the previously leaked images in Asia.

This shows that it’s gotten tough for Apple to maintain its culture of secrecy with so many component partners overseas.

Court declares Samsung a Copy Cat

A year long dispute between Samsung and Apple in a court in San Jose California has come to an end, as a nine-member jury has decided that Samsung did copy some of  the innovative technology used by Apple to create its revolutionary iPhone and iPad.

Samsung is ordered to pay a huge sum of $ 1.05 billion as damages to Apple.

Samsung will walk away empty handed as the seven men and two women jury rejected Samsung's countersuit.

Jurors also decided against some of Apple's claims involving the two dozen Samsung devices at issue, declining to award the full $2.5 billion Apple demanded.

The Samsung devices affected include the Galaxy S, Galaxy S II, Nexus S, Mesmerize, Vibrant, Fascinate, Skyrocket, Continuum, Prevail, Infuse, Gem, Mesmerize, Indulge, Replenish, Epic 4G Touch and Droid Charge smartphones and the Galaxy Tab and Tab 10.1 tablets, among others. It’s not yet known what the fate of the infringing products will be.

Because if you give your employees enough reasons to be around the office ,you are in likelihood to see productivity of the company go up.

Why on earth do you wanna head home when "everything" you need is at work? ;)

Google's new update of its Search Engine to sink the rankings of pirate websites

Google on Friday said it will be implementing a new search formula to give higher priority to legal contents and sink rankings for websites hit with piracy complaints.

Amit Singhal, Google's senior vice president of engineering, posted in his blog that they will be taking into account a new signal in their ranking. A particular websites ranking will be lowered based on the number of valid removal notice that it receives.

Singhal also said that Google receives more copyright removal notices daily - some 4.3 million in the past 30 days - than it did in all of 2009.

Websites that have been accused of piracy could defend themselves using "counter-notice" tools provided by Google, if they are innocent.

Motion Picture Association of America senior executive vice president Michael O'Leary said the film industry group was optimistic that change would help steer people away from "rogue cyberlockers, peer-to-peer sites, and other enterprises that steal the hard work of creators across the globe."

Origin : The Evolution Of Human!

Human evolution is a lengthy process with different explanations all leading up to the appearance of how we all look now. The process of evolution involves a series of natural changes that cause species to arise, adapt to the environment, and become extinct.

All species have originated through the process of biological evolution, including Humans.
I’m not an evolution expert but I have read about the evolution of Giraffe with long neck, a result of basic “need”!

chasing need!

So, is evolution an organised growth of specie or just an accidental event happening while searching for the need! Or Gods don’t want species to look the same way all time! ;)
